Okay, the lip kit is US $29 each, but you get a really sick packaging and two items, a lip liner and a liquid lipstick. I just can't get enough about the packaging. It is so cute, Kylie sure did a really good job, the box it came with is very cute and it also came with a card with Kylie's handwritten message (printed of course, duh!). The international shipping is $14.9 flat, to any country in the world including Singapore. Price wise, it's okay. But I am not too happy about the shipping, Kylie is very loaded yes, she is equal a big conglomerate company. With $15 in net a porter, you can get super express shipping that arrive within 2 days. The lip kit took 2 weeks to arrive (to Singapore), I would say it is expensive for $14.9.
Anyway, I totally did not expect the formula to be this good! It is really good! When I watched reviews online, people claiming this is the best liquid lipstick they've ever tried, I was a bit sceptical, but now that I've tried it. Hello, heaven! It. Is. Good! Dammit! Kylie really did a good job formulating this liquid lipstick! As expected from the queen of lip liner and matte lipsticks! Other strong contender for liquid lipstick is Jefree Star. I have that one too in Celebrity Skin, I thought it was so good, but not until I tried Kylie one! Jefree's smell a bit funky compared to Kylie's. Kylie's smell so good!!
The color choices is also very good! Nudes. Like, duh, who doesn't obsess with nudes lipsticks and have like 50 of them and still need more? Not me. The lip liner is very creamy and pigmented. Very creamy, unlike MAC lip liner which is very very dry for me. So lip liner, is 10 out of 10!!! The lip liner is the same color as the liquid lipstick. It looks like plastic but yes you CAN sharpen it! Don't worry!
The liquid lipstick dries almost instantly. And when it dries, it doesn't feel sticky when you touch your lips together, it feels almost like powdery (?), I don't know how to describe it but it doesn't transfer at all, not sticky, not smudgy, NOT FLAKY (which is very important) just feels very very good and comfortable!! After a few hours, it does look dry (it is a matte lipstick) but not to the point where it sinks 5 meters deep into your lip lines. The formula is also very thin, watery not thick like mouse. It is very pigmented so you only need one swipe to cover your whole lips. I would give 9.5 out of 10 for the lipstick. 0.5 for being too hard to get :P
